Adopt-a-Block
Keeps several blocks along 6th Street in the Heights free of trash.

Adopt-a-Family
Provides food, clothing, and other items to families in need during the holidays.

Coats for Kids
Donates new, warm coats for Heights area elementary school children each fall.

Education Fund
Provides needed funds to local schools for special projects which directly benefit students of all ages.

ESCAPE Family Resource Center
Counsels families with abuse and neglect issues who are seeking to escape the cycle of child abuse.

Flags on the Boulevard
Celebrates Americanism with a display of flags at the entrance to the Heights on several significant dates and holidays.

"Give-a-Kid-a-Flag-To-Wave"
Promotes patriotism with thousands of flags passed out at the Houston Livestock Rodeo Parade.

Houston Food Bank
Provides us an opportunity to help in any capacity needed, from weighing food-stuffs, to gathering pre-packaged food for distribution. See our Links page for more information.

Police Athletic League (PAL)
Places local law enforcement officers in area parks to work with inner-city youth and keep them off the streets.
